FEATURED PROJECT: PACIFIC PALISADES HOUSE
Location: pacific palisades, ca
Currently under construction in Pacific Palisades. A 4,500 sf modern courtyard house with subterranean parking, designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living on a double hillside site. Permitted and under construction in 2025–2026.
The Palmera House was our nearly-completed Pacific Palisades project — a full coastal modern design that had cleared the California Coastal Commission review and was two months from completion when it was lost in the January 2025 fire.
The design survives. The permits are still active. If you own the lot or are considering purchasing it, this is a rare opportunity to build a fully designed, fully permitted coastal home without starting from scratch.

A Structured Design Process
Every project we take on is led personally by Michael Striegel or Joel Agacki — not handed to junior staff. You will have direct access to your architect from the first conversation through the day construction is complete.
